Honours assists new clients by overseeing the installation of financial programs and guidelines to be sure that the club adheres to proper accounting standards and internal controls. Beyond installation of the programs, our finance team will track variances, monitor budgets, and trouble-shoot as needed.  In addition, we will handle equipment purchases and leases while negotiating for the best deals for our clients. Honours ensures that facility leaders are held to exacting standards through consistent communication from the corporate office, as well as through periodic surveys which gather input internally from team members.

In addition, Honours sponsors an internship program which allows college students to learn from our team members and allows us to identify up-and-coming golf and turf care professionals.

And finally, Honours serves as a mediator and advisor in employee issues and facility incidents, oversees workers’ compensation benefits, monitors workplace safety standards, and ensures compliance with federal and state labor laws.
